Why sponsorship?

As a not for profit organisation, Moreland City Band has very few resources apart from the dedication of its musicians. The band recieves some funding from the Moreland City Council but not nearly enough to remain viable. It therefore relies heavily on income from performing and the generosity of sponsors to achieve its goals.

Moreland City Band provides an important forum for brass band musicians to play together and improve their performance skills. As one of Australia's best brass bands, the band aims to attend and successfully perform at the national brass band competitions held annually in a different state each year.

To achieve these goals the band requires the paid services of an excellent musical director as well as a multitude of inputs such as:

new musical arrangements
instruments
instrument maitenance
other equipment and services

The band's sponsorship needs

To achieve these goals the band requires the paid services of a musical director as well as a multitude of other resources such as musical arrangements, instruments and other equipment such as music stands that allow it to play at outdoor functions.

The band is looking for appropriate sponsors and is always pleased to offer promotional opportunities and its services as a way of returning some of the generosity of those organizations.

Sponsorship offerings

Moreland City Band takes a flexible approach towards sponsorship. The band offers a range of promotional opportunities as well music performance and arrangement services that can be tailored to your requirements.

Selected members or the entire Moreland City Band are available to perform at corporate functions such as:

Opening ceremonies for showrooms
Client or staff entertainment
Promotional events and charity functions

Other basic promotional opportunities could include the placement of your company�s logo on its letterhead as well as acknowledgement and links on this website
